We should do this and then test by rebooting the servers. I think I can figure out how to do it for gitit and help with other services.

I also want to make all of this in some sort of config management system so that we dont have to worry aobut our magic bespoke server, sooner rather than later

Should we also have some kind of monitoring? I have some small VPS’s in various places that we could use for the purpose.
